I could use some help from anyone who's downloaded lessons onto their Iphone, or Ipod Touch.
I just downloaded a couple of lessons/tabs to my Ipod Touch, but when I try to open them I'm not finding them.
Can anyone tell me where the downloads are stored at, or do I need an app for this?
Thanks in advance.

What kind of lessons? Adams lessons are all quicktimefriendly so it ought to work free of hassle. I use an app called 0player (lite) for all my videos. (Iphone) You don't have to convert avi to mpeg4 or whatever. It's nice.
I download to my computer and then shift it to my phone through Itunes which is a pain in the nethers but I haven't found a way all clear of it so I just bite the sour apple as we say in sweden.
As for downloading direct to phone... Haven't tried that. If you buy through tradebit you can access the video for a day or so by clicking the link in the confirmationmail. It doesn't save it to the phone, though. Maybe there's an app for that...
Hope that helps. ---------- Pistolkatt - Pistolkatts youtube

Hey Pistolcat,
I downloaded a couple of different lessons. I downloaded them to my computer and tried to transfer them too my Ipod, but can't seem to do it.
How do you sync Adam's videos with your Ipod? I tried dragging and dropping them from my downloads folder into Itunes, but that's not working either, lol.
I then downloaded another lesson through my Ipod Touch, but I'm not able to locate it.

Look in "Books' for printed tab or lessons. You may need to select the Books title on the book case to change to .pdf. Videos should be stored in the video section unless they are in the wrong format and didn't transfer. They might be stored as downloads so then you go to "store" then look under " more.... Apple does not make it easy for us older dudes....I have an iPad and Apple likes it when you download stuff from the store. I have been able to put some of Adam's stuff on my iPad but I list it when I sync to the computer. I believe but can't be sure, the latest software updates kicked them out.

As I said, I use an app called 0player for video on my iPhone. I believe it ought to work with an iPod, too but I'm not sure. I had it wrong above: you dont need to use iTunes. You can use wi-fi connection to download the files to your device (well maybe not iPod?).
Using convert to iPod as described above should work but I just find the conversion step a hassle so I just use this player that takes all ---------- Pistolkatt - Pistolkatts youtube

It's been a while since I loaded Adam's videos onto an iPad, but you might look into how TV shows are handled. I ended up added the videos as TV shows because I found it made it easier to handle the large number of videos without cluttering up the list of movies. I don't believe that I had to convert the video format, but perhaps I've just forgotten. I used iTunes to handle the transfer.
I've done the same thing with instructional DVDs where each chapter is handled as an episode. It makes it easier to skip around and repeat chapters, and it doesn't clutter up your main list of movies.
