Which of the Sansamp pedals (California, Bass Driver, etc.) is best for going straight into the PA?

Depends on the sound you're after...I've used the Para DI, Bass DI, and Blonde. I like the Para best, but the Bass DI has some cool blues sounds too. They have XLR outs and more control over routing.
The Blonde sound a lot like a Bassman, but is only 1/4" out. I still like it, though.
Before I purchased any of these, I spoke twice with Tech 21 and they really pushed the Para DI as being the most flexible. It is harder to dial in, but you can get most he same sounds as the Blonde, plus have a mid control.
The Bass DI is almost the exact same, except for no mid control. ---------- Mike VHT Special 6 Mods Quicksilver Custom Harmonicas - When it needs to come from the soul...

Thanks Mike. Do you need a DI box when using the Blonde (assuming the PA has 1/4 inch inputs)?
