I have a super cruncher and a few other amps...I dont really need another amp but have always wanted to try a DT and can pick up a mint used one for 600.00
Is the DT ALOT cleaner then a Super cruncher? With a good cup and a CR, can you get that chicago vintage tone from it? Lastly, am I crazy not to pick this up at this price. It has the 2 tone tolex finish.
Oh, and I need suggestions how to sneak this into the house past my wife. :)

Spend it if you got it. You're not likely to loose money at that price but I would ask if you have an SC and other amps why you would need it?
And yes Paul is absolutely correct. They rarely notice. When they do it's easily glossed over. "Oh that little thing? Had that for ages. Cute, isn't it?." ---------- LSC

I never played through a DT but I heard a bloke who did. Sounded pretty good to me. I believe they were made with 2 or 3 different speaker configs though. My man had a 2x8. ----------
