I think Grant Dermody (sp?) is in south Seattle--teaches from his home.
He is a world class player, I know--and I have heard that he is a good teacher as well.
One of our forum members here--Snakes--is taking lessons from him and he could tell you more--are you there, Snakes??

Yes, Grant lives in Columbia City which is in South Seattle and teaches out of his house at times. He also teaches at Dusty Strings in Fremont. I can vouch for his excellent teaching skills. For example before I started lessons I had been trying to do draw bends for two months and never really came close (even tho' I thought I was). On my first lesson Grant gave me an example to try and I was able to get a draw bend immediately. His focus is on tone and whatever style of harmonica that you prefer. He is very supportive of my acquiring other information such as from this website as well. He has a website where you can get more information => www.grantdermody.com. Hope this helps.
