For you Aussies out there, this news just in from Tricia Smits from Kurt Jacobs, Australian distributor for Hohner..
"I have just finalised details today for the Howard Levy Tour to OZ. He will be playing Perth 7-8 Aug @ The Ellington Jazz Club, Melbourne 9-10 Aug @ the Paris Cat Jazz Club and Sydney 11-12 at North Ryde RSL. As well as workshops in each city. In Melbourne and Sydney he will be joined by Michael Timler from Hohner, Germany, who will conduct hands on workshops on reed changing, tuning, gapping etc and to answer all those questions you have about the harmonica. In Sydney, Christian Marsh will also conduct workshops on 'An approach to the Chromatic harmonica for the Diatonic player'. I hope to have all the fine details up on our website www.kurtjacob.com.au by early next week but will post again to let you know. It's gonna be a big week so hope to see you there!"
