Behind Rick Estrin, Dennis is the coolest dressed of all harmonica performers.

I saw Steve Guyger at one of his gigs and let me tell he looked ruff - he has that convict look about him right off the bat. Anyway - it looked like his suit was on backwards and pulled from under his car seat. I said you don't look real happy to be here Steve, he just rolled his eyes and moaned- man I'm tired...Once the music started though - you could see him slip into performance mode and by the 3rd song he was tearin it up.

I am glad to have Steve as a friend and mentor-he travels a lot-not just the USA-Europe as well. It's tiring for even the most travelled pro.
I talked with Steve about the days when he regularly carried a knife and gun-he is tough,no doubt. But these days,Steve is much more the ladies man/gentelman. You can tell when Steve gets going. His feet leave the ground slightly, and he throws his head back-I have seen him almost reverse-head butt some people!! Steve is a great player- I can listen to him play for hours-

Know that you mention it - he actually was flirting on a few songs with the girls in the front row, trying to woo them with his harmonica playing, that was fun to watch,Steve havin fun with the audience.

tmf714, are you going to the Philly show Saturday? I seen you mentioned it. I'm considering going...
