Although these are remarkable for the visuals, showing just what the tongue is doing, they do not tell how someone struglling with this technique can improve. They do say, "don't worry, everyone gets in with a few week's of practice". Which I do not agree with. I can do it, but my speed is inconsistent. It took me years to build up to a pro level. As discussed in another thread, it may be genetic or at least genetic to get it to a certain speed. For those with the genetics, that speed may be achieved very soon after awareness of the technique is gained.

I like this guy's vids. I have started doing the side to side tongue thing looking at myself in the car mirror at red lights. Already starting to improve. Slamming my tongue from one side of the mouth to the other.
