This question is rather esoteric: I'm looking for blues harp players who use the MXR Carbon Copy pedal and have opened it up to tweak the trim pots for rate and width of the Modulation. It's kind of a chorus effect.

I play Chicago style blues through a Bassman, and so far I have found no good use for the MOD effect. Is there anything that can be done with the trim pots that would make the MOD effect sound good with my crunchy old-school tone?

I've tried most of the popular delay pedals and I'm convinced the Carbon Copy has the warmest slap-back tone. Just wondering if anybody has gotten any cool sounds through the MOD circuit...
