I've been messing with tuning a bit--but I'm no pro by any means--anyway, I stumbled onto the Chromatia tuner--I like it fine, but I haven't tried anything else--details at

http://www.fmjsoft.com/chromatia.html

I'm not selling it--just an option--and only $19.95. . .

Hi Guys,

I just got a Korg CA-30 off Ebay for about $30-Aussie. I'd been thinking about getting a chromatic for a while, this one was recommended by Richard Sleigh et al on Harp-L, so I thought I'd give it a go. I'm pretty happy with it, its accurate, compact, divided up into 5 cent divs. I had been using AP Tuner software that can be downloaded for free from here-

http://www.aptuner.com/cgi-bin/aptuner/apmain.html

but I think the Korg is more accurate and easier. After running my harps over this tuner, they are all out of tune to different degrees.
If you are starting out tuning your harps check this site out:

and this:

I started to tune without enough research, and stuffed it up. Had to end up putting solder on the end of reeds the get the pitch back down. I thought I had ruined my favorite MB in A, but managed to salvage it.
