Forgive me if this has been asked before... I'm new to this forum and can't find the search feature (I'm MD1032 on other forums and JohnL9013 on youtube (no videos yet)).

Basically, what me and my guitar-playing friend were wondering about was how Billy Gibson gets his sound. A while ago we were listening to Adam's recommended CD, "Live at Rum Boogie Cafe" and I was playing along to the video and we were listening to the recording at the same time, and both of us realized that he has some SERIOUS wah-wah going on in his sound, especially noticeable during Polk Salad Annie. I can generate a decent amount of wah with my mouth, throat, and hands, but his is such a severe wah-wah that we just don't get how he did it.

So, we hooked up his wah pedal to his amp and I went at it on something repetitive whilst adjusting the pedal and sure enough, I think it's most definitely plausible that he used a wah pedal on that song.

Thoughts?

No way, he most definitely probably did it with Hands, trust me, he is a pro, he can do it :)
