Ok guys is a 60tes almo fury tube amp with a 15 inch speaker better than a 2007 blues jr relic with tube swap to ahy7 I have a chance to trade straight across for one good deal or no ps. Using a green bullet or a shaker dynamic mike.

right off the bat i'd try the alamo. can you plug into it? it would be good to know it if works and sounds good.
i had a much smaller alamo, a capri, which is a little 8 inch speaker model. tone was really great but it was just too underpowered. i also played harp through a twin 12, not sure what the model was. it was WAY hot but could have been tamed out with a tube swap i think.
how many people have a blues jr? how many have a alamo? i'd want to go for the mojo.

I had the Alamo model 3 with the 10" Jensen speaker. Terrific amp! Cleaner than the Zoo, but it would get nasty if pushed. Should have kept that one!
