I want to take my Bb Hohner MB apart to fix a reed - but the four screws (2 at each side) are bloody tiny! Is this the same for all MB's - how does everyone else who has one take them apart???

Those aren't screws; they are nails (unless you have the $55 Deluxe). Check out Adam's video addressing opening your harp:
