This will be my 5th, and maybe final year. There will be 5 or more of us from The Harmonica Club here in Huntington, WV. Annie Raines will be the new teacher this year. Returning teachers are Joe Filisko, Grant Dermody, and Phil Wiggins. I always come back feeling inspired, but at the same time humbled. I always see and hear how much farther I still have to go with my playing.

Anyone else going??

I have been awarded a scholarship again from the blues foundation to attend, so I will be there. It is always a truly amazing week of music for me and my girlfriend.
In fact, if not for blues week I would not have met my girlfriend.

Jim: would you supply some info please. When, where etc. Looks like the same week I'll be riding across Iowa on my bicycle. Blowin the blues for 500 miles from the Missouri to the Mississippi River.

I still say that this is the best investment dollar to resulting experience of any of the gatherings.

Not only will you immerse yourself in harmonica for a week, but you will be surrounded by so many other forms of music and culture that the spillover effect is magic.
