What is the difference between Delta blues harp and Chicago blues harp? I'm thinkin' it is amplification. What do you think?

There aren't glaring stark differences. Chicago Blues just has a slightly extended palette of techniques, instruments and notes.

While Delta Blues primarily relies upon slide guitar and harp, Chicago Blues brings in amplification. It also has a larger presence of the band with its often addition of sax, drums, heavy rolling bass, etc.

I would also say that Chicago Blues has a more extended palette of notes than the standard six-note blues scale attributed to Delta Blues. Often, notes from the major scale are added giving it a more "jazzy" feel while still keeping it in the confines of traditional blues.
