I am having a hard time down loading.I downloaded the floyd hotel could not see the picture but could hear the sound.Then the tab would not come up keeps saying invalid color space then I click ok then it say,files contain information not understood by this viewer.Suppress futher error.
Does anyone here that can help.I did try and download a year ago and it was the same thing so i gave up.
Please help me if you can

Do you have Quicktime 7.2? You need at least that version, or an even newer version. If you've only got Quicktime 7.0, you'll get audio but no video.

yea adams right you proably need quick time that and adobe reader 8 ive run into tabs that will only run on adobe reader so u might be runing into that

i did get the vidio to work now i need the reader or what ever it is for the tab to work and i ll be on my way

Click and drag to highlight the link. Hold down the Ctrl key and then click on the c key. Click and drag to highlight the current address in your address bar of your browser. Hold down the Ctrl key and press the v key to paste the address in the address bar. Press enter to navigate to the page.
or just type www.adobe.com in the address bar and then click on the Get Adobe Reader button and follow directions.
