Hey all,
New to the forum here but I messaged Adam about this music service I use and he suggested posting about it here:
Ruckus is a free music service for college students. All you need is your *.edu e-mail address to sign up. It seems to work a lot like Rhapsody and iTunes, but I've tried those and didn't like the way they took over my computer. Ruckus is far lighter and isn't loaded with anything bad.
Anyway, I was really surprised to find there's quite a decent amount of blues harp stuff on Ruckus, namely, a lot of Paul Butterfield. I'm a big fan of this guy and simply could not find anything, but sure enough, I searched for it and Ruckus has at least 10 albums of his up for download. It's pretty awesome. I also got that Live at Rum Boogie Cafe CD that Adam recommended.
Anyway, if you're a college student looking for some good blues harp music, there's more on Ruckus than you think!

This is the oldest thread I could find. It was on p. 914 of the archive. If you're interested in looking at very old threads, just hit any of the page #s (1-9) on the homepage, then swap in a big number (anything from 914 on down) after the = sign.
