Hi All: Anyone in the Columbus Ohio area want to experience Spontobeat in the flesh? If so, I am playing the Westgate Art Festival Saturday @ 6m. I will be doing my 1 man band. Here is a link. Walter

Have a great time my friend ! That' my regular Saturday gig with God at Riversong Worship Center in Marysville, Ohio. Wish I could make it.
Walter: Got the Harley summer ready.Also just received my Farmer double stomp drum and downbeat pedal. After I get back from Mississippi and HCH3, I would love to come pick your brain. Hope the invite still open. Your Granville area is a gorgeous place to ride.

KC69: I wouldn't want you miss a church service. Mine might land you in hell :-) Come on by anytime. My last day of work is May 31st and I am off for the summer. I will playing the Gahana Jazz Creekside festival, then out to CA for a week and there was some talk of Austin as well. Let me know when you are available and we can figure it out. Walter: When is The Gahana Jazz festival? Would like to come if your playing on a Sunday or early Sat. I will be in Austin August 1st and 2nd. Hope to catch a Jimi Lee show.

KC69: I will be there on Sunday(2-4 I think-no calendar in front of me at the moment). It is a different kind of gig though. It will be my 4th year at the festival. The first was on the main stage and was fun, but the last 3 years I have played the Musical Discovery Zone. Basically they buy me a bunch of cheap harps, percussion stuff, etc, and I get kids up to play. I have had some amazing jams with them musically, dancing,singing. It is total spontobeat. It is a corporate sponsored stage and the first year they wanted a detailed plan as to what I would do. I wrote I have no idea. Since then they haven't asked. Plus it pays great too! I hope you make it to austin. I don't know jimmi lee. He came after my time but most of the oldtime austin musicians I knew well. Say hi to them for me. Walter
