Ant138 in his current Little Walter post mentioned a site called www.shoblues.com as a good source for backing tracks. There is a small fee $1.50 for downloading a track.

An 'Off the wall' style track can be found on track 9 HERE on the site and you can listen before you buy.

Check out Mark Mumea tracks too;

Most authentic backing track out there, off the wall is a little weird with the break and no drum tough

I have used www.shoblues.com and recommend his stuff.
For something a bit more polished (and a fee) try the following for great Little Walter backing. No "Off the Wall" however.

http://www.halleonard.com/product/viewproduct.do?itemid=1334&lid=0&keywords=little walter&searchcategory=00&subsiteid=64&

Each track on the Hal Leonard CD has one with harp and one without which allows you to play along and learn and later play the harp part by yourself.
