I cant use my 7 overdraw well.. it sounds great.. I can bend him good too but it squeels ... What can I do to fix it..

I think the most common method is to do the following:
1 - ensure you have an airtight harp
2 - ensure your reed profiles (both draw and blow) are correct.
3 - emboss the rivet end
4 - apply wax as illustrated here.

Your problem is in the draw reed. What happens is your draw reed shuts down while the blow reed becomes a draw reed. The draw reed is supposed to just kind of sit there while all this is going on, but it's an tricky thing, if it weren't overdraws would be easy to learn. What happens is, the reed is under torsional stress and it twists and does all kinds of weird things. That's what makes the squeal... I havent' thought about the mechanics of it enough to describe it well, but its a little like the reed is vibrating horizontally.
Do an overdraw with the covers off and put your thumb on the draw reed. The squeal will stop.
Look at the profile and action on that draw reed. Look at how it sits in the slot. One thing I do that helps sometimes that I don't see posted anywhere is to tune that reed down a half step, then tune it back up. Might help, might not. You'd probably try the non-tuning stuff first.
