Well having never used one I can't really comment. Although the ART Tube MP seems to get good reviews on Harp L. I'm led to believe it has an option for USB output.

What kind of mic do you need to use it with?
I have an M-audio MobilePre inteface that I don't like much, it has a very high noise floor. It's not the current version though; maybe they've improved.
