Are the blue moon harmonicas(aka florida_trader)combs flush with the reed plate? Stock MB combs are sligthly recessed but i want them totaly flush. And are they flat?

I prefer to flat sand my combs myself, but Tom sent me some extras the last time and they were perfectly flat.
I have not gotten MB combs from him, but the other models' holes are large enough to allow you to adjust the reedplate to your preference.
You can also ask him for any special requests. I'm sure you could ask him for extra wide holes. I doubt there would even be much of a delay.

I have some silver aluminum GM combs from Blue Moon. Very flat, exceptional compression. Don't know about any other models, but these are impressive.

Milsson:
I would be happy to accommodate you any way you want. What I don't know is which of my combs are you referring to? I offer combs in wood, acrylic, aluminum and Corian. The wood combs are available undrilled, so the positioning of the comb and reed plates is entirely up to you. Andrew is 100% correct. If you would like me to enlarge the holes a bit to give you additional wiggle room I would be happy to do so. By the way, I only have 1 Corian comb left. I'm getting ready to get another batch run. I think I'm going to start another thread to poll people about colors. Feel free to contact me directly if you have any questions.
Thanks for your interest.

I don't know if you already know, and weather this is what you're looking for, but you might want to try to loosen the screws a tatbit, and then press the comb back gently on the MBD. You can move the comb around at least a mm...

Tom, I don't see Corian on your site. How do you price them when you have them? ----------

joshnat - my website is in the process of being updated. Unfortunately it is taking longer than expected. I do have some Corian in stock. I have them listed on eBay for $21.95 each. If you contact me directly I will work with you.
Here is the link to my eBay Store: http://stores.ebay.com/Blue-Moon-Harmonicas-LLC?_rdc=1
