Tops. If you have both those speakers in circuit at the same time,If you have them wired up parallel it's probably 6 ohm load, which should be pretty good with your 4 ohm output. Glad it's working for you, Cheers Dave ----------

yeah but my freind in holland said a 4 om would be louder. the radio calls for a 3-4 ohm. i think im gonna make a box and stick it in my scooter trunk.

For sure, but if you put two four ohm speakers together in parallel yo get 2 ohms, which could maybe be a little hard on your amp ----------

Hey Billy, i'm not sure what you mean about recycling. i'm saying if your radio is looking for a 4 ohm speaker, that the setup you describe with the 8" 8 ohm, plus the 4" 4 ohm speaker, connected the way i think you have it, is good.
a single 8" 4 ohm speaker would probably be just as good. maybe a little better.
but if you use a 4 ohm speaker and still have your 4" speaker hooked up (the way you have it now except with 2 4 Ohm speakers instead of the 8 ohm + 4 ohm) it "might" damage your radio. Sorry if i'm labouring the point, just dont wanna be steering you wrong through lack of clarity.
