Not really. The SP 20 covers are the same width as the Harpmasters with holes drilled at same centres. The problem is the sp 20 covers are not as broad, so when you bolt them in position the leading edge of the cover plates are shy of the front of the comb by a couple of millimetres. Of course you could re-drill them but.....

I have fitted Bushman Delta Frost cover plates to a Special 20 with just a small modification (elongation) of the fixing holes. So it may be possible with a little bit of fiddling. The Delta Frost and Harpmaster are virtually identical harps size-wise.

so if i made wood cover plates the size of a special 20 cover plate without drilling the holes it will work for a suzuki harpmaster when i aquire one later and drill the mounting holes to match?

I should point out that the Harpmaster reed plates are a little larger all round than the Sp20 so you may have a little bit more reed plate showing on the two sides and at the back.

im gonna do them simple like the suzuki pureharp like this /___________\ the back will be open no fancy stuff no way it will cave in as long as the reeds can swing i dont care if brass is exposed if the inside fits holes can be drilled later one size fits both.
