I was thinking about checking into getting a rp155 and was wondering how the Hunter patch kit for harp was for it?,I was also wondering could a rp155 with the patch kit still be used for guitar?thanks

you might want to ask isaac about his patches.
i am using them and think they are close to what hunter has going.
not nearly as many, but the sound is there.
and it wouldnt be an issue using the left over stations for guitar.

cool Ill do that,does it reduce the amount of factory settings ,for example if it had 50 and you added 10 for harp ,would it then have 60 or would it have 10 for harp and 40 for guitar.And can a person program there own?thanks

it has 100 pre-sets. htink of it like 2 sets of 50; 50A and 50B.
50A you cannot change.
50B are the ones you can customize. however- any patches you get eat up this number.
isaac has 14 patches. some of which are similar, to my ear. so, in theory, you could whittle the 14 down to, maybe, 10. that would give you 40 that you can customize yourself. but- do you really want to have 40 settings for guitar?? doubtful.
i believe even richard hunter, the master of the patches, only uses a few for each gig depending on the type of music.
it goes back to the average listener aint gonna be able to tell if you are playing a sp20 or a delta frost, right? and he aint gonna hear the difference between a blues junior or harp gear, right? so he will be unaware if you are using 10 patches or 4.
and remember, of the 50 factory pre-sets you cannot change, you will probably find a couple that will work for your application.

can the patch kit work with the rp 50 I didnt see where it would on there site but was just curious as its only 49$ and seems to have a few effects
