31st of March we will have Spring blues 2012 in Oulu, Finland. Main artists will be Helge Tallqvist with his new band and Tomi Leino Trio. They will also have a harp workshop earlier the same day. The harp workshop start at noon with customization workshop which I lead myself. After that Helge & Tomi will share their harp magic.
Helge Tallqvist is probably the most well-known blues harpist in Finland, also abroad. He uses Spiers harps, btw. Tomi Leino is a talented multi-instrumentalist who is also amongst the best blues harpists in Finland. His band plays a lot with world known stars such as Steven Guyger & James Harman.
If you happen to be around, the workshop costs 25 euros. At the evening you can then see the guys in real action on stage!

Damn! I wish I was in Finland. Helgbe and Tomi are both superb players with tone for days.

Kingley, the flights from UK to Finland are really cheap nowadays. I'll let you in the workshop AND Spring blues for free if you come... (You'll almost save the prize of the flight...) :)

apskarp - Thank you for the kind offer. Sadly I can't make it this time as I've got a prior commitment. I hope it goes well. I'm sure it'll be a great success and hopefully there will be more of them in the future.
