I got this backing track called "Highway Blues" on the website "Guitar Center's King of the Blues" some years ago. I recorded this tune shortly after I found the backing track. It's one of the best backing tracks I've ever heard!
Hohner Marine Band DeLuxe harmonica in the key of G.
I love your playing and I particularly like the Butterfield lessons you've been posting. But i just can't relate to getting so entusiastic over a pre-recorded back up track. You and others here on MBH talk about backup tracks the way a lot of musicians talk about drummers. I just don't understand how you guys can get so excited about canned music.....
I can only speak for myself, but when I hear a great backing track I smell the possibilities to play along with that and create something based on that backing track. I feel good when I play with other musicians but a great backing track is an OK substitute. It would be very nice to have an own band like New Blood but that will never happen.
hey c'mon Hakan, how about making a CD for poor old crippled up Sarge? ---------- Wisdom does not always come with old age. Sometimes old age arrives alone.
I have been thinking of that for a while but I don't know where to upload the files. I don't want a place where people have to get a membership and have to pay to download the music files. It has to be free and easy. Do you know any site?
I don't, I'm a computer idiot. Surely someone would know of a site. ---------- Wisdom does not always come with old age. Sometimes old age arrives alone.
