When I fist watched this video the riff I heard at 5:39 sounded like

-2 -3 (345) -4
-4 -4' -3 -2

but on closer listening I get

-2 -3 (345) -4
(345) -4 -4' -3 -2

There an extra exhale that I missed the (345) and I can't for the life of me work out if it belongs to first part of the riff or the beginning of the second part of the riff.
No wonder I couldn't get mine to sound like that.

What do you think?

Hi Tooka

Yes it looks more like the 2nd but with a half step bend on the first 3 draw, plus an extra (-4) draw and an extra (-2) draw at the end.

Those two 4 draws between the chords sound like they have a slight bend shaping on them too.

-2 -3* (345) -4 (-4) (345) -4 -4' -3 -2(-2)

ps those percussive chord fills are a feature of Adam's playing and add a nice texture and rythym to his playing.
