My student just came to me with his new mic. Brand new Electrovoice N/D967. I was totally shocked. More output than my other mics Sennheiser e835, Shure SM57, Audix Fireball. Bunch of fat low end when cupped, clean and sweet hi end when in free air. Nice for beatbox, harmonica and vocal. Only con is no volume control. I've seen Bartos use that mic.
