A sample from some studio work we did recently, with a few gig images mainly from last year..

As a predominantly diatonic player, it was a nice change to use the chromatic and I tried to keep it relatively simple while still using a bit of tension and release in the solo. We'll be playing a few of the UK blues festivals this summer, so come and say hello if you're around :)

Hi what did you use for the reverb?
Studio or a pedal? sounds real distant and fits well with the song. I like the version very much
Great Job.
Are you using a diatonic on the second part of the solo at 3:07 great run.?
I cant work that one out.
Do you have a cd out I can get?
You guys are on my Radar to come and record this year so I may catch you later in the year.
cheers

Russ

Hi Russ,
Thanks, glad you liked it. I used a Lone Wolf Delay V2, and we added a touch of reverb in the mix. No diatonic - just a 270 Deluxe chromatic.

The recording was for a CD we're putting together, which will be for sale at gigs and festivals etc. Maybe see ya there!

very nice work on the chro not to mention the whole song! you guys have obviously worked together for a while and it shows.
i'm always curious how other chro players utilize them. i think within a year i may have some chromatic recorded that i can share around as well.

keep up the good work chinaski!
