"Performance" as in Wattage will depend on specific amp & whether original, reproduction & transformers used, either can be 4-6W-ish.

If both are original amps, the 5C1 will be quieter.

The 5C1 is a lower Fi design, less clean headroom, it uses a single stage preamp with a 6SJ7 pentode tube. It is grid leak biased, this doesn't always gel so well with a variety of mics.

The 5F1 uses 2 stages of a 12a#7 twin triode. It is cathode biased in the preamp (both have cathode biased outputs) & is less sensitive to mic choice, taking bigger signals than 5C1 without going "splatty".

Whilst there's only a few years between the designs, a lot happened in those years regarding amp design...if you want an early 50's/late 40's tone with lots of character & aren't bothered about having good cleans then you might prefer the 5C1. If you want a more efficient amp, with a cleaner late 50's/early 60's tone (a tweed champ recorded can sound very much like a late 50's bassman), then the 5F1 might be a better choice.

Note both are single-ended, single 6V6 amps, references to "clean" & "headroom" are relative between these 2 amps...4-6W is still only 4-6W.
