I prefer my "Kniri 221"-Tuning
because it allows to play on the same instrument 5 major-scales, 5 minor-scales and 16 different triads, which are related/similar to the circle of 4th and 5th.
The nice thing about this is if you blow or draw any three notes right next to each other then it will always result in a chord (triad in root position), major or minor depending where you are.
This makes it very easy if you want to use the instrument to play Blues and accompany someone.
