I may have some changes in my custom harp orders soon.
Currently I'm offering only one model - seydel 1847, and alt. tunings except richter.
I will extend this in both the high-end, and low-end range.
1) High-end customs will include steel "truechroamatic" chromatics - made using a combination of 1847 / saxony reeds. All reeds are fixed using screws, individually aligned and tested. This is very time-consuming, and expensive.
2) I will also offer hyperlow diatonics (LLC, LLDb, LLD, LLE, LLF, LLF#, LG, LAb, LA, LBb, LB) in various tunings (it mostly makes sense to build spiral tunings). Price will depend on the key, the lowest obviously being the most expensive. This is an extremely difficult project, but I hope I can make them with consistent quality. Those will be based on Seydel 1847, as no other reeds will sustain such drastic retunings.
The low-end offers will include:
3) Inexpensive basic setup diatonics. This will not be done by myself, but I will be checking the quality.
4) Affordable alt. tunings. With basic setup.
5) I'll resume to repair instruments. Again, I'll do quality checks only.
I'll notify you when you can order all that new exciting stuff.
