It means that you are so into those guys that it borders on sexual. Your subconscious knows this is wrong so it is trying to compensate for it by replacing you with your wife. (obviously if getting high together is involved then sex is next). In other words your brain is on a guilt trip. Compounded by the fact that it is "two" men. Not just one.
