waltertore 1843 posts Jan 10, 2012 3:22 PM	Here are some from tonight. I am moving into a brand new school and my classroom is a state of the art commercial kitchen. It is a 20 year dream come true. Now I can train my special education students on real gear that they can take with them to the real world. We will be getting legal to sell our artisan breads, muffins, bagels, etc, to local markets. That is the great news. The other news is I am wiped out. I have been doing full tilt manual labor moving our multi hundred pound mixers, and whatnot this week. It brought back memories of my many years as a laborer. I am getting old in the bones.....
