Hey guys, first time posting here. I'm Diego from Uruguay and I've been playing harp for almost 2 years now. These days I've been kind of busy but I found some time to practice the old Gussow's "Front Porch Blues" and record it. Just in the spirit to contribute to the forum, I'm far from perfect but I just wanted to show you a little something of me playing harp.
That was WELL done!!! Now that you have the "skeleton" of the piece down- you'll want to bring the song to LIFE...add MORE dynamics, add MORE of your heart and soul, make the listener FEEL your playing, riffs and phrases. Your well on your way to becoming an excellent harmonica player!

The one thing you could work on is what Adam gussow emphasizes in the video for front porch blues namely stomping your FOOT to keep the time and not keeping time with the harmonica. It seems you get off a lot on your timing here. Other than that, good tone!!
I thought that was very good also. Funny that the first thing I thought though, was as MichaelAndrewLo mentioned. The missing tapping. I think that would have really made the tune. ---------- Tommy
