Southbound.

Click on arrow to listen to our band The North End Rythym Kings at reunion gig last summer. My harp break was a poor attempt at John Popperisms but I think the whole song comes off real good considering we practice one afternoon the day befor gig for the 1st time in 20 years.

The track worked for me. Are you saying you can't see the "play" arrow? I see one.

The track sounded good to me by the way. I liked the whole thing, harp included.

I saw the arrow. I enjoyed the song.
As i told someone else here, I like stories when improvising.
You have a boat load of tone, but there was no dynamic. It started at a high level and stay there the entire time. It sounded like jamming and you had a go to lick. No space, you threw it all on the table. Here's what I liked, your comping at the end. You made an effort to play along and make another play better. Big ears, that's good.
As I said to the other guy, you can do better, and you know it.

The band sounds awesome, but the harp part doesn't fit too well. Southbound is a tough song, I'll give you that much.

I hear the audience cheering after your solo, so it sounds like it was well received. So what do I know, I'm just a guy with an opinion on the Internet.

One thing is for sure - I'd love to play with that band!
