Does anyone know what the scoop is with Richard Duran (aka) Lynwood Slim? I was recently surfing youtube and saw there was a benefit for him due to some health issues.
If I could find someplace to send a bit of cash, I certainly would. He was one of my first influences on the harp, and one hell of a singer as well. A really under rated player in my opinion.
If you've never heard his "Lost in America" album with Junior Watson, check it out. One of my favorite albums.
