I bought a Snark tuner with a metronome in it, but the metronome function is not good. So I phoned home to see what happened to the metronome I bought in the Seventies - it's still in the loft and still in perfect working order. It's a miracle! It's a Wittner mahogany. It cost peanuts in the Seventies, but check out the prices now! I'd recommend a mechanical metronome if you want one, but good software (with the emphasis on good) is OK. ---------- Andrew. ----------------------------------------- The only good cat is a stir-fried cat.
