I went to see Dweezle Zappa and his band last night playing there tribute to his dad and it was a musical MASTER CLASS every single one of those guys were utter masters of their craft.
They played from 7.30pm till 10.00pm and it was faultless, i would have liked more of the humour and a lot less of the complex jazz though if i'm honest it got a bit self indlgent at times.
They played the whole of Apostraphie but no Joe Garage and no Shieke Ya Bootie which was a shame cos they would have nailed it. the guy doing most of the vocals was fantastic! absolutley spot on, all in all it was an amazing concert.

I agree with your critique gb, I have seen them twice.

How could he replace his Dad's immense on-stage presence and humour and showmanship..impossible, so I guess they just stuck to the music
