Fauja Singh is a Sikh, an Indian man. He began running when he was 89 years old. Recently, at the age of 98, he completed his upteenth marathon; he's now the oldest person ever to complete a marathon. In this short video, he shares three pithy insights about how to live a very long, happy, and healthy life. He speaks with earned authority! That was interesting. I'm already on the porridge but unfortunately I have to wait another 28 years before I need to start running.
