Hey everyone,

I'm looking for an amp that I can run from stock for home use and mic'ed for gigs.

I've got a Champion 600, but two problems are that to get it to overdrive at home I've got to turn it up and the wife gets annoyed and two: no reverb. I thought perhaps I need to look at one of these amps.

HT-1R is low output and has reverb.

VHT Special 6 seems to be the go to harp amp at the moment, but no reverb and I still think is going to be too loud for my wife's tender ears, even on low output.

Does anyone have any experience with the Blackstar? I'm swaying this way, but if anyone has any experience with one, I'd love to hear.

Thanks in advance,

Steve
