I got one used a few weeks ago. I was so excited to use it! I missed the tone and tracking. I also loved the idea of presets and the tone shaping controls.
I was hoping to use it as a "bass" pedal for OMB shows and as an effect for fullband shows (setup as an organ and then as a basic octave down effect).
Well, I gigged with it for the first time last weekend. I noticed it was very hard to hear though my monitor no matter the setting - well, if I cranked it it was too boomy. I am sure it sounded fine FOH, especially since I have a subwoofer, but....
I am worried that it won't be very useable for me. When I sing bass lines, ANY pedal works fine as I don't need to track chords. For full band, though, the settings of my regular sound make the added bass of the POG2 out of control.
I run a relatively clean rig, but amp or not, I add some bottom with an eq. Any thoughts or advice? The pedal is amazing, and I know I could dial it in, but it appears my standard tone will have to suffer/be adjusted.
I have a feeling I am just using it incorrectly, and will learn to love it, but as it stands right now, I can easily function without. ---------- Mike Quicksilver Custom Harmonicas

I tried Leonid Titkov's POG2 and I was really impressed. It's perfect for playing bass tones, for playing hammond-like tones and simple for adding octave for some synthy tone effect. Presets are cool. I really want this stomp, but I want to minimize my rig, which is not easy for me... ---------- Excuse my bad English. Click on my photo or my username for my music.
