It's not a gapping or profile problem and it's definately not a burr or foreign body. Any tech's out there who can diagnose this problem please? I'd be very grateful.
I've got a pretty good idea what some of you may say.

Sounds fine. I think your comb needs to be sealed. Or unsealed.

I don't understand, you ask people to "diagnose this problem", but you don't tell us what the problem is.
