He's the real deal - ex-patriot living in Rotterdam, Holland. His "Alone With the Blues" is one of the most organic and traditional sounding solo recordings - voice, harmonica, amplified wood block that he "stomps" on.
I've known him for over 30 years and in the beginning he wans't a good player at all and he's come a long way. ---------- Sincerely, Barbeque Bob Maglinte Boston, MA http://www.barbequebob.com CD available at http://www.cdbaby.com/cd/bbmaglinte
I agree with Iceman's point about the qualities of Dunn's music. It's not easy to just do that straight up harp thing, and you better do it your way...imposters ain't gonna pull that off. I'm sure that it could get a little repetitive in a longer gig setting, but for an hour or two, it could be good.
I thought this was his only album, but it turns out he has at leat one other ('cuz I just scored it at a used bookstoe today!), called: Keith Dunn & The Love Gloves - "Delta Roll". ----------
