I have a Bluesmaster that 6 blow reed broke off after a couple months. I thought I heard there was a guarantee. Should I send it to Suzuki?

suzuki might blame you for this-dont know that for fact but do know hohner does this especially after you have had the harp for awhile instead of initial failure of the harp

Suzuki customer service is terrific. If you've had the harp for less than a year, they'll fix it.

You don't get the same sort of BS from Suzuki as you've learned to expect from Hohner.
Just call 800-854-1594 and talk to Daron.

@eebadeeb: Yes, call us at 800-854-1594. You have a one-year warranty on this harmonica.
I was in the middle of trying to post a reply when the power went out here in San Diego. Phones, internet...everything was out until late last night.
But we are now back up and running as normal. ---------- -Daron Stinton SUZUKI MUSIC USA Got a question about a Suzuki Harp? Call (800) 854-1594, or e-mail harmonicas@suzukicorp.com

Gotta say. How many manufacturers would pop up on a forum and confirm a customer's guarantee position.
Kudos Daron.

Suzuki appear to be universally excellent. I've mentioned this before, so sorry to anyone who read this previously, but I stripped the thread on the screws of my Suzuki Hammond when I opened it up to do some gapping with the wrong sized screwdriver.
After ringing Suzuki (UK) and offering to pay for some, the guy I spoke to took my details and promised he would get back to me. 3 days later an envelope turns up with two sets of screws & receivers completely free of charge.
I've had a Bluesmaster for about 2.5 years now, I must of abused that Harmonica something chronic while learning to play with any kind of control (I'm still trying) but it has ben bulletproof.
I recommend Suzuki harmonicas to anyone!
