@arzajac--It's probably a bit premature to say much about it now--but I will say it's a device I have been working on now and then for over three years to help take some of the drudgery out of tuning harps.
I just finished testing v.11.0 yesterday evening--and I'm very close, but no cigar yet! I have high hopes for v.11.1 to be the magic one. . . ----------
Dick Sjoeberg has a harp tuner that is pretty awesome. I don't have one yet, but he has shown me the prototype via Skype. I think Sleigh and Filisko have them already...

It is super, super slick and works like a smaller version of what they use at the factories. You can check all the intervals against each other at the same time for beats, etc. I am dying to get my hands on it. I could pump out harp so much faster if tuning didn't take so long (not the actual tuning, but moving reedplates, taking them on and off, etc.).
I also have a tool from Dick for tuning with the reedplates on the comb. It is the only one in the world. It SMOKES the Harmonic Einstein tool I have. It is sorta like an oversized tweezer in design, but it let's you tune per Richard Sleigh's advice on the blow plate (where your tuning marks are on the backside of the reed). You don't have to use the shims or paper clip though, it does that for you. It is super excellent for single reeds. Obviously, the Harp Tuner is MUCH more efficient and clean, but this little tool saves me a ton of time.
Interesting--it seems like Dick Sjoeberg may be onto something very much like the gizmo I've been working on--I never knew about his before, and I haven't seen his yet, since the site just says pictures will come later. . . ----------
