Last night I went to the first rehearsal for a new, from the ground up, Blues Band. I have been in bands before, but never as a front man/harp player. I am finding that the more I sing, the more I like it. Some of you know that I was trying to sell my bass amp and buy a harp amp. Well I brought what I have to the rehearsal, my bass amp, its a Mesa Boogie Walkabout 12" and to heck with selling that, it really sounded great! hvyj you were right. I sold the 2 extension cabs I had and bought a QSC K10 {thanks HarpNinja} for my vocals. I am singing through a TCE VoiceLive Touch which warms up my voice. The session went great and we are meeting again next week. Here is a list of songs we will be working on. Mannish Boy Hoochie Coochie Man Got my Mojo Working I'm Tore Down I'm Going Down Outside Woman Blues Baby Please Don't Go Burdens Help Me Baby Big Legged Woman Rock Me Baby Waitin' for the Bus Jesus Just Left Chicago
Thanks to everyone that contributes here. I got lots of advice and it is paying off. Peace,
