David Payne of Elk River Harmonicas, just confirmed that Seydel is giving an 1847 Silver to the 1st place winner and a Session Steel to the 2nd and 3rd place winner.

6:15 Hunter Wolfe (2 time international blues finalist) playing blues punk
7:30 Adam Gussow performing his one man band tunes on harmonica
8:30 to 10:00 The Maynard Chapman Blues Band
Blues jam after 10pm until ?? at Gino's Pub at 25th street and 5th ave.

Saturday 10am to 10pm
10am harmonica workshop by Phil Wiggins
11am harmonica workshop by Adam Gussow
NOON The 5th WV State Harmonica Championship
sponsored by The Harmonica Club of Huntington, WV and Seydel Harmonicas
1st prize $200 and Seydel 1847 Silver, 2nd $100 and Seydel Session Steel, 3rd $50 and Seydel Session Steel
($10 entry fee, all contestants are invited to dinner at 5pm with Gussow and Wiggins)

The festival is an outdoor street event, featuring art vendors, food vendors, plus beer and wine. The festival will be held Friday August 26th and Saturday August 27th in Huntington, WV on 11th street between 3rd Ave and Veteran's Memorial Blvd. Friday's program will run from 6pm to 10pm. Saturday's program will run from 10am to 10pm.
