On my quest of trying different makes and models I ordered a Crossover from RockinRons (great service as always BTW). I must say I'm very happy with it.

I know that sometimes you get a harp that is right on out of the box and sometimes you get one that needs alot of work so I'm not trying to ague that the Crossover is the best in the world or anything. This is just the experience I had with the one harp.

Literally right out of the package the over blows on 4 5 and 6 were effortless as well as the blow bends. The bends from 6 down to 3 were very responsive but the 1 and 2 need to be gapped a touch to fit my liking.

Even though I've NEVER pulled off an over draw I figured I'd give it a shot. Sure enough, my very first overdraw came from an OTB Crossover. That was pretty cool.

Other than that, the rounded tines were pretty comfortable compared to the regular marine bands I have.

I would recommend the Crossover. So far it's been the best out of the box that I've tried. My next test down the road will be a Manji.

Edit- I did just notice something kinda weird....the hole numbers are a good bit off center. It doesn't affect play-abliity of course but it does look odd.

I like the Crossover harps very much, and I prefer them to the Manji. I like Hohner's brassier tone.
