Just out of curiosity what is your favorite key harp to play?Have you changed favorites?
Mine for the last couple of years since I first picked up a harp has been G. But over the last few weeks I have become attached to my A and D with favoritism leaning more to the D side.
I am sure this may change again since the only keys I have are A,C,D and G. I do like a couple of the flats but I have yet to get any to play myself.

I've been rockin my low F a lot lately, but there is something about Bb I can't put my finger on. Maybe because it is right in the middle of low and high?

The key to the liquor cabinet!!
Actually I haven't figured that out yet. I like D and now that I finally got a Bb I'm finding it to be a nice mid range spot for me. Just above A and just below C. I like "A" but sometimes found it just a little too low.

yes that Bb plays just right-the only problem is that guitar players dont like to play in F but A and D harps sure come in handy-Bb seems to rank very high in the opinions of many no doubt its my fav key
